The Collaborative Process

Our client-practitioner dynamic is fundamental to understanding your presenting difficulties. Together, we will develop an idiosyncratic conceptualisation of your problems, which will help provide a bedrock for therapy.

Simply put, we'll ensure that our work together is developed in a way that is best for you as an individual.

How it works

I combine cognitive, behavioural and somatic approaches to develop individual, compassion-focused therapeutic interventions.

What this means is that I draw on a number of approaches including:

  • PST (Psychosexual Therapy)

  • CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) including mindfulness

  • CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy)

I will work with you consensually, collaboratively and without judgment to formulate an approach that suits your needs.
