Some of the areas I can offer support in are....
Desire discrepancies
Differences in sexual interest can cause relationship strain, no matter your relationship structure. By identifying underlying causes and improving communication, we can find solutions that respect everyone’s needs and strengthen your connection.
Sexual Functioning
My practice is sex-positive and judgement-free. I welcome working with couples and individuals who are experiencing sexual difficulties. However you identify, we can work together around issues impacting your sex life, such as a breakdown in a sexual relationship(s), loss of desire, painful intercourse, or sexual identity. Helping you restore intimacy, increase self-understanding, and build a more satisfying sex life.
Erectile Dysfunction
I recognise that erectile issues not only impact physical performance but also self-esteem, confidence, and intimate connections. It is common to experience shame, anxiety, or feelings of inadequacy, and together we can work to address these concerns and support your sexual well-being.
Menopause
Menopausal sexual difficulties are common and treatable. Hormonal changes may impact libido and intimacy, but sex therapy provides tools to manage symptoms and restore your sexual identity.

Sexual Trauma & PTSD
Trauma affects many areas of our lives, including our bodies. Sensory reminders and flashbacks may trigger alarm systems. Through my experience working with survivors, I recognise the importance of listening to your narrative without judgment and supporting you as we work through the challenges you face.
Pain Management
I address sexual health and pain management, exploring how societal and personal barriers impact movement and sex. I integrate approaches focused on sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and body awareness to help restore confidence, reduce pain, and support a healthier relationship with your body and sexuality.
